Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped pepper
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 packet liption beefy onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp worcestershire
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 8 slices american cheese
- 6 buns
- 1/4 cup water or beef broth

Instructions
- Set instant pot on saute on high and saute them onions and peppers with some S&P until slightly soft
- Add them beef and saute until no longer pink - drain them juices
- While them bitches cook, in a separate bowl stir in 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp worcestershire, 1 packet beefy onion soup mix
- Once the beef is cooked through - hit cancel and deglaze with the mixture
- In the center add in 2 tbsp of ketchup and 2 tbsp dijon - DO NOT MIX
- Seal them bitches up and set on high pressure for 8 minutes with a 5 minute natural release
- Release the rest of the steam and stir everything up. Break up 2 slices of american cheese and stir
- Plate your bun, add a slice of american cheese, top with beef mixture and munch!!
- Serve with alcohol
