Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs chuck roast ish? use your heart
- 1 large Sweet Onion Lg - Sliced
- Carrots - Peeled large chunks use your heart on the amount
- 1 bag Small baby golden potatoes whole
- 1 can Cream of Celery
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom
- 1 packet Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix dry
- 1/4 cup Sherry
- S&P
- Onion Powder

Instructions
- Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat
- Pat dry chuck roast and heavily season with S&P & Onion Powder
- Throw some oil in skillet
- Throw roast in and brown all sides - dark
- Take roast out and set aside
- Lower heat - throw in onions and saute
- Deglaze with sherry for a few minutes
- While onions are getting happy, put potatoes and carrots on bottom of crockpot
- Put roast on top of them bitches
- Take onions and top roast with them
- In a separate bowl - mix can cream of celery & mushroom
- Pour mixture over boof
- Take lipton packet and sprinkle over boof
- Cover & cook on low for 8 hours
- Devastate your hunger preferably with a side of uncomfortable amounts of Texas Toast
- Perhaps throw some peas in if you feel schwifty
