We found this recipe one year while we were in Burlington VT for New Years. We had just arrived and were starving so we strayed into a divey looking place called Ken’s. It was a small place that was split into 2 sections with take on the left and a small dining room/bar on the right with an old school feel. They sold pizza by the slice at the bar along with every hot sauce on the planet - they were very proud of their collection. In fact, we also discovered one of out all time favorite hot sauces there, El Yucateco!
We ordered the Taco Slice, a spectacularly inventive pizza with all the fixings of a taco with a few twists such as chopped black olives. It was unbelievable. So much so that we spent quite some time replicating their recipe and this is the result. Enjoy!

Instructions
- Brown your beef and add the taco seasoning along with the water (use the amount on the directions of the packet).
- Reduce the taco meat to where there is little to no liquid left - you don’t want any taco juice otherwise your pizza will be soggy and not crispy.
- Once it is where you want it, remove from heat and let it cool
- Preheat your oven to whatever temp it says on the flatbread directions
- Take your flatbread and spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each pizza. You can use as much or as little as you want.
- Now throw on your cheeses followed by the taco meat.
- Finally throw on your olives, tomatoes, and jalapenos
- Throw this bad larry into the oven and cook until melty cheese and crispy crust.
- Take it out of the oven and sprinkle it with the green onions
- Enjoy with El Yucateco Hot Sauce or your favorite hot sauce
